Manifesting a desire belongs to the Law. You want a result, define the end, enter the fulfilled state and remain faithful to it. The result may involve love, money, health, work, family, home, confidence or a specific event. The Law deals with states and their expression in experience.

Born from above is not that kind of result. You do not imagine a short scene before sleep in order to force spiritual birth. You do not repeat a sentence until birth from above happens. You do not use it as a goal in the same way you would use SATS for an outer desire. Neville treats it as something received through the fulfillment of the Promise.
